If there are some pieces of jewelry that I had to say were the ones that I wear the most, designer mens watches would easily rank at the top, or at least very near the top, of that list. My brothers know me all too well, and some of them have been hinting to me that they are getting me some new designer mens watches for my birthday tonight. I have also been getting some hints from my wife that she may have also splurged online for some designer mens watches, because I saw her looking through all of my accessories the other day – which I know was because she was trying to think of what I could use the most over my birthday as a great present. No matter what I end up getting for my birthday, I will really just be happy to spend time with my loving and caring family and friends. Of course, you won’t hear this designer mens watches lover complaining one single bit if they happen to bestow upon me such lavish and useful, time-telling pieces that I would cherish and wear for years to come either.

I have been trying to find a suitable watch for myself, and to be honest time is an issue. I really do not want to try retail shopping, as I do not have the time. I have been shopping online for other products so I thought I would give it a try. And I was not disappointed. There were several hundred websites to choose from so to whittle that number down, I just read forums and blogs on the different manufacturers of mens watches. Mens watches must be a hot topic because there are tons of information out there on them. Sometimes I can not believe how much free information is out there on any subject that you could ever want to research, for free. I found a website that had a huge selection of mens watches. I was pretty sure what style and brand I wanted, but when I got to the website I found a watch that was the one for me.

The internet has enabled me to do many things, shopping is one of them.

I am very lucky to have been able to travel to many places in the world. I have brought back at least one special item from each country I have been to. My favorite keepsake was a pair of jade earrings from my trip to China.

Unfortunatly, when my husband and I moved across the country, one of our boxes got misplaced and inside of it were my special earrings. I was so sad but I began to look for replacements. It was not difficult for me to find a large selection of jade earrings at my favorite online superstore and I actually found a pair of jewelry earrings that looked just like the pair I lost! I was so relieved when I noticed how affordable the jewelry earrings were and I ordered them right away. I have never been the type of person to buy matching or joint gifts for people. However, during this last Christmas vacation, my son was turning sixteen and I really wanted to buy him a nice mens watch. His father and him are very close, so I thought it would be nice to buy them matching mens watches.

I have bought jewelry online before, so I knew that buying mens watches would be very easy if I went to my favorite online superstore. I am so lucky to have a very close family. We all live in the same area and we talk to each other everyday. A few months ago, my grandmother celebrated her seventieth birthday!

A few months ago, my mom gave me one of her rings jewelry. She knew I always admired it and now that she has gotten older, she doesn’t wear that much clothing jewelry anymore. She has always loved any kind of jewelry, whether it was costume or fine jewelry. I used to play in her jewelry box all the time when I was little. It is no wonder that I love all kinds of clothing jewelry too. The ring jewelry she gave me was a very unique inlay turquoise and small diamond ring. My dad gave that to her on one of their anniversaries long ago. She has two other rings jewelry she wears every day, so she wanted the turquoise ring to be worn and not sitting in a jewelry box. I was grateful and excited and wear this ring often. The unique ring is a little big on me, but I love it. Unique and beautiful jewelry of any type never goes out of style and I am sure I will wear this ring for many years.

My brother, Danny, has always been very style oriented. He has always been what you may call "fashionable", and he likes to keep up with the latest trends with mens watches. I think that he got this fashion sense from my father, who loved to wear really classy clothes. Every Sunday, my dad would love to dress up for church. As I would watch him getting ready, I would always get the same speech about how: "You can always tell who the classy men are by what type of mens watches they have on." For me, women are so much easier to shop for than men. I have always been able to pick out great jewelry and clothing for my female family members and friends. That is why I had become very nervous about shopping for my husband this holiday season. I really wanted to get him something special and meaningful. I also knew that I wanted to get something for him that he could wear daily.

I had almost given up and just gotten him a gift card, when it came to me. I realized that getting mens watches for him and my other male family members would be the perfect solution to my problem. I felt that shopping at a nice department store for mens watches would be out of my budget, as well as being inconvenient. I feel a little silly writing this because I personally haven't worn a watch for a long time. Not by choice but I just broke all the ones I had before and never had the opportunity to get a replacement. I'm really into fine pieces so my tastes are pretty high and I'm not going to just go to some mens watches 99 cent stores and buy the latest plastic digital. I like luxury!

With that said mens watches are an essential part of the masculine fashion. A good watch can make a guy look strong and very masculine. The right watch can give style and also a "clean cut"-ness to their image that is very attractive. So, in my experiences the watches I've found to work best are usually made out of metal to begin with. If you can afford a precious metal then go for it, otherwise get something clean looking regardless.

Some other rules regarding mens watches are that they have to fit your personality and also be fashionable. Don't get a humongous watch if your wrist is only 3 inches around! Also unless you're a competing athlete/bicyclist I tend to avoid plastic and digital watches as they scream cheapness. I like to have shiny metals, simple design and a slick, minimalist fashion in my mens watches.

Jewelry Earrings are a Daily Affair

I have had pierced ears for a long time. So, wearing jewelry earrings is a daily affair for me. I take my jewelry earrings out every night. I don't like the feel of earrings when I turn from side to side in bed at night. Picking out and putting on jewelry earrings is part of my morning routine when I get ready for work or just for the day.

When I got my ears pierced many, many years ago my Mother insisted this occur at the Doctor's office. Now, she and I had to get past my Dad's reluctance for me to have "holes in my ears" as he put it. When we had jumped that hurdle I did not push it about going to the Doctor's office to get them done. The Doctor pierced one ear, left the needle in the ear to go across the room and get the sanitized jewelry earrings. I saw the needle out of the corner of my eye and proceeded to pass out! The Doctor pierced the other ear while I was coming to. No problem!

Mom and I kept that tale of woe to ourselves. Dad need not know about the difficulty I had getting "holes in my ears." For many of the following birthdays and holidays I received jewelry earrings or gift cards to those types of stores. I have gone through stages of wearing big jewelry earrings, to more subtle earrings to posts. At this stage of the game I have a nice variety of jewelry earrings and go back and forth depending on my mood!

Personally, I don't believe any outfit is complete without some piece of clothing jewelry. I never leave home without adding a little clothing jewelry: a ring, a necklace, bracelets, or earrings. Sometimes I wear all of these together, depending on the situation. The occasion and the outfit determine what type and how much clothing jewelry I choose to wear. For casual wear, I usually select one piece of clothing jewelry that will make the whole oufit come together. Or, for more formal occasions, I like to wear a matching set of jewelry that really complements my dress. For instance, I have a gorgeous sapphire and diamond bracelet, ring, earrings and pendant set that looks incredible with almost anything. One year, I wore this set of clothing jewelry to an office holiday party with a navy blue dress and received so many compliments on my outfit! The dress itself is very simple, so I know it was my choice of clothing jewelry that made my outfit really stand out. I love having a broad selection to choose from; that way I know I'll always find just the right accessory on any given day. Ever since my son was very young he has loved mens watches. He used to wear his father's watch around the house whenever we allowed it. He was so cute wearing this watch that was miles too big. He didn't mind that he had to hold is arm up to keep it from falling off. He was so proud of himself in the big man's watch.
I must admit that I love just the right clothing jewelry since it certainly completes any outfit. Jewelry earrings put the finishing touches to the whole you. I guess collecting jewelry is my hobby.
Christmas is coming and I have started my shopping for gifts online. Special occasions call for special clothing jewelry. Who doesn't put on their very best suit and tie or formal gown for an event like a wedding or anniversary party? The outfit would not be complete without clothing jewelry to set it off just right.

I have a red mid-length formal dress that works well for a last minute event. The clothing jewelry I choose to wear with it is a red beaded and silver strung necklace. The silver stands out against the red of the dress while the beads actually pick up and reflect light. The matching jewelry earrings really set off this outfit. My mother isn't a woman who typically wears a lot of jewelry, but she keeps several items which she wears on special occasions or which have sentimental value for her. When I was a little girl, I remember that I always loved looking in my mother's jewelry box. I would take certain pieces out and watch them sparkle in the light. I was always most fascinated by her jewelry earrings. I loved the idea of having something to twinkle at your earlobes, echoing the light in your eyes. I still do, in fact. My mother had the most glamorous pair of jewelry earrings with small stones of sapphires and diamonds intertwining with one another. These were the jewelry earrings I would most take out of her box to admire. I asked her once why she didn't wear them all the time, because they looked so beautiful with her blue eyes. She responded that they were too nice to wear all the time and she wouldn't want them to get lost. Still, I thought it was so sad for jewelry earrings of such beauty to be locked away in a box, unseen by any eyes but mine. When I was old enough to move out of my mother's house, she gave them to me as a going-away present. I don't wear them all the time, but I wear them often. They are as precious to me now as they were then, especially since they are now a constant reminder of my mother's love.

I was having lunch with my brother the other day when I noticed he wasn’t wearing his watch that he has had for many years. My brother never goes anywhere without wearing it. He told me, it finally bit the dust and really couldn’t afford to fix it or buy another one. Now, you have to realize, my brother wore that one watch when he was working out, moutain biking and all the other outdoor activites he does, no wonder it broke. As far as mens watches go, that watch wasn't meant for all that activity. It came to me as he was searching for his cell phone to find out the time, finding a mens watch would be a terrific Christmas gift for him. I haven’t looked at mens watches for a long time, but I knew he needed a durable sportsman one. I went online to get some ideas on mens watches and was pleased with all the selection and designs.
